Returns Policy

We will replace or refund items provided they are returned:

  • Complete in a fully resalable condition.
  • With all tags and barcodes intact.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Within 14 days of receipt.
  • We do not pay for return postage.
  • Items bought in store must be returned in the same store, as we do not have online facilities for store orders.

Failure to do so may mean we cannot accept return of the item; this does not affect your statutory rights.

After this, we will only accept faulty goods free of charge; all other returns will be subject to an administration fee.

All items must be returned complete, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the returned item. We will not return items which we have not been passed for a refund unless you pay for the return postage or arrange for it yourself. If you send the item back to us again or refuse to accept the return delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Exchanges

Due to stock availability, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return the item and repurchase the desired garment/item.

Late Returns

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside of the terms of our 14-day refund policy and your statutory rights do not apply. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.

Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honor our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods or us.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original card on which the items were purchased.

Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The original account no longer exists.
  • The original account details have expired.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account. A refund may take longer if the card has expired or changed.
